Starting November 1, 2024 applications may be picked up at our office. There is not an application fee. Each person in the group needs to complete an application, and it needs to be returned to the office as a complete set. If the office is closed, you may place the applications through the slot in the office door. Current tenants have until January 8, 2025 to decide if they will be remaining in their unit. Applicants will be notified beginning January 9, 2025 if we have an available unit to offer. Leases will be signed during January and February 2025.
